Anthony M. Leo, M.D.
Dr. Leo was born in New York but has lived in Arvada, Colorado for four decades. His medical training occurred at the University of Colorado and it continued at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. As a primary care physician, he learned the challenges of those working in the outpatient setting and came to appreciate the special relationship that primary physicians can have with their patients. As a hospitalist, he has come to form close relationships with the patients who have been entrusted to his care and the physicians who have given him that privilege. He sees himself as an extension of his referring physicians' practices and he seeks to provide care that enables a smooth transition for the patient back into the hands of the primary physician.
When outside of the hospital, Dr. Leo enjoys spending time with his family as well as traveling and writing.
