Anthony M. Leo, M.D.
Dr. Leo was born in New York but has lived in Arvada, Colorado for four decades. His medical training occurred at the University of Colorado and it continued at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. As a primary care physician, he learned the challenges of those working in the outpatient setting and came to appreciate the special relationship that primary physicians can have with their patients. As a hospitalist, he has come to form close relationships with the patients who have been entrusted to his care and the physicians who have given him that privilege. He sees himself as an extension of his referring physicians' practices and he seeks to provide care that enables a smooth transition for the patient back into the hands of the primary physician.
When outside of the hospital, Dr. Leo enjoys spending time with his family as well as traveling and writing.

Val Lindquist, M.D.
Val Lindquist hails from many parts of the globe. He acquired his Scandinavian name from his Danish father and his accent from his English mother. He was born in the Far East, educated in Australia, and received his formal medical training at the University of London, England.
After completing his post-graduate training in internal medicine in England, he was fortunate enough to come to Colorado for a 2 year research fellowship. Thirty-nine years later, Dr. Val is still here. He has worked in consultative practice at St. Anthony Central Hospital with an interest in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He now enjoys being able to devote his time to his patients in the quieter setting of office practice.
He devotes extra special attention to any of his patients who own private trout fishing streams or can pass on any tips on productive trout fly patterns! |
